Ethan King is a Stylist and Educator who believes in showing clients all the reasons to love their natural texture. Known as “The Curl King,” Ethan has led an industry-wide movement to evolve Stylists’ approach to textured hair.
Ethan expertly coaches Stylists on how to best shape textured hair, where to focus color placement, and how to ensure results that grow out beautifully.
When he is not traveling to service celebrity clients coast-to-coast, Ethan resides in Austin, Texas where he is the Owner and Master Stylist at the acclaimed Ron King Salon.

Kylie Bussing is a multi-award-winning Colorist with a career-long dedication to the Goldwell brand. Kylie represented the US in Barcelona & Vienna at Global Zoom, she worked on the 2019 Elumen campaign as one of the first global Elumenators; and has been a NAHA finalist for Colorist of the Year.
Kylie presented at the Kao Salon Global Creative awards in Amsterdam, where she coached the US competitors to victory. She’s been named among Modern Salon’s Top 100 and Beauty Launchpad’s Top 30 under 30, and her work has appeared on the cover of Estetica.
A multifaceted color expert, Kylie believes in sharing techniques that are both high-impact and efficient, allowing Stylists to work smarter, not harder. She’s committed to helping Stylists achieve competitive success and recognition to advance their careers.

Kirby is the Founder /Owner of Pélo by Lago, a leading hair salon located in Sydney and established in 2020. With a team of Hair Stylists selected and trained by Kirby, the Salon is known for enhancing natural hair; creating low maintenance, lived-in colors and cuts that won’t compromise the health of your hair, only enhance it.

Throughout Piet's 30 years in the hairdressing industry there are many highlights. In 2021 he was named a Finalist in Australian Men’s Hairdresser and led Wild Life SoGo to many Finalist nominations for Artistic Team of the Year. His proudest moment was in July 2017 when he became a business partner in Wild Life Hair SoGo.
In the Salon, Piet lives and breathes education and as a KMS Influencer he loves working with the latest creative techniques inspired by shoots, shows and seminars.
As a fully booked Stylist Piet’s goal is to always enhance the best features of the client in the chair.
Piet’s career highlights extend beyond the Salon, having worked with world class brands through education, fashion and media.
With over 15 years' experience as a Hair Director, Piet’s passion has seen him create numerous campaign shoots and look books.

Ali has owned Wild Life Hair Sogo for 16 years, seeing many staff blossom from Apprentice to Senior Hairdresser.
As a fully booked Hairdresser on the salon floor, Ali has a wealth of knowledge to share. A highly skilled, all-round Stylist, her knowledge of color and cutting is translated in a creative and functional way, while embracing the perspective of life from a busy salon floor.
In recent years, Ali has been finalist for NSW Hairdresser of the Year, Emerging Stylist and led her team to many finalist positions for Salon Team of the Year. The accolade Ali is most proud of, was when she was awarded Business Owner of the Year in 2020.
As a KMS Influencer, Ali’s passion lies in education and sharing the understanding of structural layering techniques and learning where to use them.

Alannah’s ability to bring together and further train an award-winning team, is at the heart of Ella&Jade’s success. Every human, every hair is what Alannah and her team at Ella&Jade are all about.
